Building Societies Act 1997 s 46

s 46 Transitional provisions, savings and repeals etc.

(1) The transitional provisions and savings contained in Schedule 8 to this Act shall have effect; but those provisions and savings are without prejudice to sections 16 and 17 of the Interpretation Act 1978 (effect of repeals). (2) The enactments and instruments specified in Schedule 9 to this Act are hereby repealed or revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
