Sch 7 para 4

Where— (a) the Chief Commissioner receives a report of the Commissioner’s findings under paragraph 3(1)(b), and (b) no appeal is made against the determination in favour of the complainant, the Chief Commissioner shall, under section 107(2), make a report of those findings to the Prime Minister and to the Scottish Ministers .
