In subsection (2) of section 12 of the District Courts (Scotland) Act 1975 (disqualification in certain cases of justices who are members of local authorities), the following shall be inserted as the first paragraph— (aa) any reference to a local authority includes a reference to the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service;
