Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 s 83

s 83 Short title, commencement and extent.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997. (2) This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of 3 months beginning with the day on which it is passed. (3) This Act extends to Scotland only.
