s 9 Duty of employers to keep records.

For the purposes of this Act, the Secretary of State may by regulations make provision requiring employers— (a) to keep, in such form and manner as may be prescribed, such records as may be prescribed; and (b) to preserve those records for such period as may be prescribed.
