Sch 11 para 4

(1) The Independent Assessor shall send the Secretary of State an annual report on the performance of his functions. (2) Where the Secretary of State receives a report under sub-paragraph (1) he shall— (a) publish it, and (b) lay it before Parliament. (3) The Independent Assessor may report to the Secretary of State on any matter which comes to his attention in the course of the performance of his functions.
