(1) The Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act 1995 shall be amended as follows. (2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (3) In subsection (1)(c) of section 42 (reciprocal enforcement of orders), for “1989 Act” substitute “ Terrorism Act 2000 ” . (4) In subsection (1) of section 49 (interpretation), the definition of “the 1989 Act” shall cease to have effect.
