In this Part of this Schedule— “ forfeiture order ” means an order made by a court in England and Wales under section 23 or 23A , and “ forfeited property ” means the money or other property to which a forfeiture order applies. “ relevant offence ” means— an offence under any of sections 15 to 18, an offence to which section 23A applies, or in relation to a restraint order, any offence within section 69(4) or (5) of the Sentencing Code (offences where terrorist connection to be treated as aggravating factor) .
