In this Part of this Schedule— “ forfeiture order ” means an order made by a court in Northern Ireland under section 23 or 23A , and “ forfeited property ” means the money or other property to which a forfeiture order applies. “ relevant offence ” means— an offence under any of sections 15 to 18, or an offence to which section 23A applies.
