(1) Copies of the election booklet shall be delivered by the GLRO to the Post Office, in envelopes addressed to individual electors falling within section 17A(1)(b) of this Act, at such time as the GLRO may determine. (2) The GLRO may disseminate the contents of the election booklet by such other means as he may determine.
