Local Government Act 2000 s 109

s 109 Short title and extent.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Government Act 2000. (2) Subject to subsections (3) and (4), this Act extends to England and Wales only. (3) Sections 94 to 96, 105 and 108 extend also to Scotland. (4) This section, paragraphs 17 and 18 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 28 of Schedule 5 extend also to Scotland and Northern Ireland.
