Local Government Act 2000 s 9NB

s 9NB Variation of mayoral executive

(1) This section applies to a change in governance arrangements of the kind set out in section 9KB (variation of executive arrangements) if the local authority is operating a mayor and cabinet executive. (2) The local authority may not resolve to make a change in governance arrangements unless the elected mayor has given written consent to the proposed change.
