Postal Services Act 2000 s 93

s 93 Power to modify sections 89 to 92.

(1) The Secretary of State may by order modify sections 89 to 92. (2) Before making an order under subsection (1), the Secretary of State shall consult OFCOM , Citizens Advice, Citizens Advice Scotland, Consumer Scotland, the GCCNI and such other persons as he considers appropriate.
