Sch 3 para 6

(1) Anything done by the transferor for the purpose of or in connection with anything transferred which is in effect immediately before it is transferred shall be treated as if done by the transferee. (2) A transfer does not affect the validity of anything done by or in relation to the transferor before the transfer takes effect.
