Sch 5 para 4

In paragraph 3 (offences relating to use of meter), after sub-paragraph (1) there is inserted— (1A) Regulations under paragraph 1(1A) may provide for this paragraph not to apply in such circumstances as may be prescribed (being circumstances in which an authorised supplier is not required to supply electricity through an appropriate meter).
