In section 2(1) (application of funds held on account of regimental charitable funds)— (a) in paragraph (a) for “in some manner” to “trusts” substitute “ under the general power of investment in section 3 of the Trustee Act 2000 ” ; (b) in paragraph (b) after “the income” insert “ or the other profits ” .
