Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 Sch 8 para 4

Sch 8 para 4

(1) The Secretary of State may by order make such amendments of Part I of this Schedule as he considers appropriate. (2) The Secretary of State may make such an order either— (a) where the order gives effect to a recommendation of the Commission; or (b) after consultation with the Commission.
