Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 s 35

s 35 Request by Secretary of State.

On receipt of a request made by the Secretary of State, the Commission shall send a copy of the Great Britain or Northern Ireland register, or any parts of it specified in the request, to— (a) the Secretary of State; or (b) any other person so specified.
