Sch 2 para 88 Section 92 (the basic rule: sterling to be used)

In subsection (2)— (a) for “section 28 or 61(1) of the Capital Allowances Act 1990”, substitute “ section 19 or 253 of the Capital Allowances Act ” , and (b) for “section 28 or 61(1) of that Act” substitute “ section 19 or 253 of that Act ” .
