Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 s 42

s 42 General financial provision

(1) There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament— (a) any expenditure incurred by a Minister of the Crown in consequence of this Act; and (b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided by virtue of any other Act. (2) There shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund any sums received by a Minister of the Crown in consequence of this Act.
