In section 12(5) of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 (c. 2) (application of section 31(5A) to (5E) of the 1970 Act in relation to elections under section 12(4))— (a) for “(5A) to (5E) of section 31” substitute “ (2) to (7) of section 31D ” , and (b) for “subsection (4) of that section” substitute “ subsection (1) of that section ” .
