In Article 11(5) of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/671) (application of section 31(5A) to (5E) of the 1970 Act in relation to elections under Article 11(4))— (a) for “(5A) to (5E) of section 31” substitute “ (2) to (7) of section 31D ” , and (b) for “subsection (4) of that section” substitute “ subsection (1) of that section ” .
