Sch 5 para 3 The Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (c. 57)

In section 3 of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (employers exempted from insurance), in subsection (2)(a)— (a) for “1978 and” there is substituted “ 1978, ” , and (b) after “1977” there is inserted “ and a Local Health Board established under section 16BA of that Act ” .
