Tax Credits Act 2002 s 69

s 69 Extent

(1) The amendments, repeals and revocations made by this Act have the same extent as the enactments or instruments to which they relate. (2) Subject to that, this Act extends to Northern Ireland (as well as to England and Wales and Scotland).
