In section 122C of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (c. 5) (supply of information to authorities administering benefit)— (a) in subsection (1), after “social security” there is inserted “ , child support or war pensions, or employment or training, ” ; and (b) after subsection (7) there is inserted— (8) In this section and section 122D below “ war pension ” has the same meaning as in section 25 of the Social Security Act 1989.
