Sch 7 para 29

(1) Section 88 (pay during notice period: employments with normal working hours) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)(c), for “parental leave” there is substituted “ adoption leave, parental leave or paternity leave ” . (3) In subsection (2), after “statutory maternity pay,” there is inserted “ paternity pay, statutory paternity pay, adoption pay, statutory adoption pay, ” .
