Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 s 85

s 85 Minor and consequential amendments

(1) Schedule 12 makes minor and consequential amendments in enactments and instruments. (2) The Department of Justice may by order make in any other enactment or instrument (whenever passed or made) such amendments as appear to the Department of Justice to be appropriate in consequence of any provision made by Part 4.
