s 24 Consultation on regulations

Before making any regulations under this Part, the Secretary of State shall consult with— (a) the Office; (aa) the Director General; (b) such persons as appear to the Secretary of State to represent the views of police and crime commissioners; (ba) the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime; (bb) the Common Council; (c) the National Police Chiefs' Council ; and (d) such other persons as he thinks fit.
