Sch 11 para 7 Chairman

Paragraph 4 shall apply to the chairman and for that purpose— (a) a reference to the Secretary of State shall be taken as a reference to the Prime Minister, and (b) the power may be exercised so as to dismiss the chairman only from that office or also from membership of the Body.
