Sch 21 para 88 School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (c. 31)

In section 4 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (interpretation) for the definition of “qualified teacher” there is substituted— “ school teacher ” means a person who is a school teacher for the purposes of section 122 of the Education Act 2002 (determination of school teachers’ pay and conditions)
