Sch 3 para 8 The Sexual Offences Act 1956 (c. 69)

In section 28 of the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (causing or encouraging prostitution of, intercourse with, or indecent assault on, girl under sixteen), in subsection (4), the “or” at the end of paragraph (a) is omitted, and after that paragraph there is inserted— (aa) a special guardianship order under that Act is in force with respect to her and he is not her special guardian; or
