s 58 Disclosure of other information
(1) This section applies to any section 56 information other than protected information. (2) An adoption agency may for the purposes of its functions disclose to any person in accordance with prescribed arrangements any information to which this section applies. (3) An adoption agency must, in prescribed circumstances, disclose prescribed information to a prescribed person.
