s 3 Short title, interpretation and extent

(1) This Act may be cited as the Travel Concessions (Eligibility) Act 2002. (2) In this Act, “ appropriate Minister ” means— (a) in relation to England, the Secretary of State, (b) in relation to Wales, the National Assembly for Wales. (3) This Act extends to England and Wales only.
