Sch 24 para 2 Pensions etc. of former Directors
In the case of any such person who has held the office of the Director as may be determined by the Secretary of State with the approval of the Minister for the Civil Service— (a) such pension, allowance or gratuity shall be paid to or in respect of him on his retirement or death, or (b) such contributions or payments shall be paid towards provision for such a pension, allowance or gratuity, as may be so determined.
