Sch 25 para 3 Public Records Act 1958 (c. 51)

(1) The Public Records Act 1958 is amended as follows. (2) In Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 (definition of public records)— (a) the entry relating to the Office of the Director General of Fair Trading shall cease to have effect; (b) the following entries are inserted at the appropriate places— Competition Service Office of Fair Trading.
