Sch 25 para 4 Superannuation Act 1972 (c. 11)

(1) The Superannuation Act 1972 is amended as follows. (2) In Schedule 1 (kinds of employment in relation to which pension schemes may be made), in the list of “Other Bodies”, there is inserted at the appropriate place— The Competition Service.
