Sch 4 para 20 Fees

(1) Tribunal rules may provide— (a) for fees to be chargeable in respect of specified costs of proceedings; and (b) for the amount of such costs to be determined by the Tribunal. (2) Any sums received in respect of such fees shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
