Sch 4 para 9 General
(1) In this Schedule “ the Tribunal ”, in relation to any proceedings before it, means the Tribunal as constituted (in accordance with section 14) for the purposes of those proceedings. (2) In this Schedule, where a paragraph is capable of applying to proceedings relating to the approval of a collective settlement under section 49A or 49B of the 1998 Act, any reference in that paragraph to “ proceedings ” includes a reference to those proceedings.
