An order may prohibit requiring as a condition of the supply of goods or services to any person— (a) the buying of any goods; (b) the making of any payment in respect of services other than the goods or services supplied; (c) the doing of any other such matter or the refraining from doing anything mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) or any other such matter.
