Sch 8 para 6
An order may prohibit— (a) giving, or agreeing to give in other ways, any preference in respect of the supply of goods or services or in respect of the giving of orders for goods or services; (b) giving, or agreeing to give in other ways, anything which the relevant authority considers to be a preference in respect of the supply of goods or services or in respect of the giving of orders for goods or services; (c) procuring others to do anything mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
