In section 36(1) of that Act (interpretation of Part 2 of that Act)— (a) the definition of “the 1973 Act”, and the word “and” at the end of the definition, shall cease to have effect; and (b) at the end of the subsection there shall be inserted— “ the 2002 Act ” means the Enterprise Act 2002;
