s 5 Resumption of citizenship
In the following provisions of the British Nationality Act 1981 (c. 61) the words “, if a woman,” shall cease to have effect— (a) section 10(1) and (2)(registration as British citizen following renunciation of citizenship), and (b) section 22(1) and (2)(registration as British overseas territories citizen following renunciation of citizenship).
