s 61 Repeal of spent provisions
The following provisions of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 shall cease to have effect— (a) section 96(4) to (6)(which relate to a provision about support for asylum-seekers which has been repealed by order), and (b) section 166(4)(e)(order under section 96(5): procedure).
