Sch 11 para 10 Land Charges Act 1972 (c. 61)
(1) The Land Charges Act 1972 is amended as follows. (2) In section 14(1), for the words from “Land Registration” to the end there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” . (3) In section 14(3)— (a) for the words from “section 123A” to “register)” there is substituted “ section 7 of the Land Registration Act 2002 (effect of failure to comply with requirement of registration) ” , and (b) for “that section” there is substituted “ section 6 of that Act ” . (4) In section 17(1), in the definition of “registered land”, for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” .
