Sch 11 para 12 Solicitors Act 1974 (c. 47)

(1) The Solicitors Act 1974 is amended as follows. (2) In sections 22(1) and 56(1)(f), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” . (3) Section 75(b) ceases to have effect.
