Sch 11 para 22 Criminal Justice Act 1988 (c. 33)
(1) The Criminal Justice Act 1988 is amended as follows. (2) In section 77(12)— (a) for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” , and (b) in paragraph (a), at the end there is inserted “ , except that no notice may be entered in the register of title under the Land Registration Act 2002 in respect of such orders ” . (3) In section 79(1) and (4), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” .
