Sch 11 para 34 Family Law Act 1996 (c. 27)
(1) The Family Law Act 1996 is amended as follows. (2) In section 31(10)— (a) for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” , and (b) for paragraph (b) there is substituted— (b) a spouse’s matrimonial home rights are not to be capable of falling within paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 or 3 to that Act. (3) In Schedule 4, in paragraph 4(6), for “section 144 of the Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ by land registration rules under the Land Registration Act 2002 ” .
