Sch 11 para 39 Finance Act 2000 (c. 17)

In section 128 of the Finance Act 2000— (a) in subsection (2), for the words from “rule” to the end there is substituted “ land registration rules under the Land Registration Act 2002 ” , and (b) in subsection (8)(a), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” .
