Sch 11 para 4 Requisitioned Land and War Works Act 1945 (c. 43)

(1) Section 37 of the Requisitioned Land and War Works Act 1945 is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” . (3) Subsection (3) ceases to have effect.
