Sch 11 para 6 Gas Act 1965 (c. 36)
(1) The Gas Act 1965 is amended as follows. (2) In section 12(3), for “Land Registration Act 1925” there is substituted “ Land Registration Act 2002 ” . (3) In sections 12(4) and 13(6), for the words from “be deemed” to the end there is substituted— (a) for the purposes of the Land Charges Act 1925, be deemed to be a charge affecting land falling within Class D(iii), and (b) for the purposes of the Land Registration Act 2002, be deemed to be an equitable easement.
